Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast is a digital product. To use the app and related website, you need to be able to receive information electronically. This page explains that consent in everyday language.
Tryarro Finance LLC (“Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast,” “we,” “us”) operates the Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast app. We are not a lender. Electronic notices from us are about matching, the app, privacy choices, and related service messages — not about servicing a loan you took with a third-party lender.
Your agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast, you agree that we may provide disclosures, notices, and other communications to you electronically instead of on paper. That includes email to the address you give us, in-app messages, and links to documents on our website or in the app.
If you do not want electronic communications, do not use the app. Some features simply cannot work without email or in-app notices.
What we may send
Examples of electronic communications include:
- Account or request confirmations and status updates about matching
- Links to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this consent
- Privacy and opt-out acknowledgments
- Security or service notices about the app
- Support replies when you email care@tryarrofinance.com
We do not run a phone support line. Email is the primary way to reach us for app and matching questions.
Legal effect of e-records and e-signatures
Under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state law, electronic records and electronic signatures can have the same legal effect as paper documents and wet-ink signatures. When you tap accept, check a box, or otherwise confirm in the app, that action can form a binding acknowledgment of the terms presented.
Hardware and software you need
To receive and retain electronic communications, you generally need:
- A compatible iOS device (Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast is distributed on the Apple App Store for iPhone)
- Internet access
- A working email address that you check regularly
- Software that can open standard web pages and PDFs or in-app documents
Keep your email address current in the app or by writing to us. If mail bounces, we may not be able to reach you about your request or privacy choices.
Paper copies
You can print or save electronic notices for your records. If you need a paper copy of a Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast notice and one is reasonably available, email care@tryarrofinance.com and tell us what you need. We will respond within a practical timeframe. We are not required to mail paper copies of every in-app screen.
How to withdraw consent
Where the law allows, you may withdraw consent to electronic communications by emailing care@tryarrofinance.com with a clear request. We may still send legally required notices. Withdrawing consent can limit or end your ability to use the app, because matching and support are built around email and in-app messages.
Lender communications are separate
If you accept an offer, that lender may ask for its own e-sign consent, send its own disclosures, and contact you under its own policies. Those communications are between you and the lender. Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast is not a party to the loan agreement and does not control the lender’s notices.
