If you live in a state with extra privacy rights (for example California and certain other states), you can ask us to limit how your personal information is sold or shared for cross-context advertising. This page is the short path to that request.
Tryarro Finance LLC (“Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast,” “we,” “us”) runs the Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast app. We put your loan request in front of lenders. We are not a lender. For the full story of what we collect and why, read the Privacy Policy.
Why this page exists
Privacy laws in some U.S. states give residents a right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — words that can be broader than everyday English. Even when no cash changes hands, certain disclosures to advertising or data partners can count as a sale or share under those laws.
Our Privacy Policy states that we do not sell your personal information for money. We still honor opt-out requests for sale or sharing for cross-context advertising, and we treat a clear “Do Not Sell or Share” email or a GPC signal as that request.
What “sale” and “share” can mean
Under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), “sale” and “sharing” can include making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. “Sharing” in that sense is about ads across contexts — not the same as sending your request to a lender so they can evaluate whether to offer you a loan.
Routing your request to lenders in our network so they can consider an offer is part of how the product works. Opting out of advertising-related sale or share does not always mean a lender can never receive information needed to respond to a request you initiate — see “When we may still share” below.
How to opt out
Pick whichever is easiest for you:
- Email us. Write to care@tryarrofinance.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Include your full name, the email you use with Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast, and your state of residence.
- Turn on GPC. Enable Global Privacy Control in a supported browser or device while visiting our site. We treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing for cross-context advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not offer phone support for privacy requests. Email is the channel — we usually reply within 1–2 business days for ordinary questions, and we aim to handle formal privacy requests within the timeframes your state requires.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
GPC is a browser or device setting that sends a do-not-sell/share preference to websites. If your browser sends a GPC signal when you visit tryarrofinance.com, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context advertising, to the extent that signal applies.
GPC does not replace every other privacy request. If you also want access, deletion, or correction where the law allows, email us and say what you need.
What happens after you opt out
We will process your request and stop sale or sharing for cross-context advertising going forward, as applicable. An opt-out does not automatically erase information already provided to a third party under a prior lawful disclosure, and it does not cancel a loan agreement you already signed with a lender.
You should still receive service messages needed to operate the app or respond to a request you made, plus notices the law requires.
Other privacy requests
Depending on your state, you may also be able to ask us to limit certain uses of information, or to access or delete data where the law allows. Email care@tryarrofinance.com with subject Privacy Request and a short description. We may need to verify it is really you before we act.
